With over 25 years of experience in capital markets and finance across Europe and Israel, Yohan is a seasoned industry leader. Before joining Psagot, he held several senior positions including CEO of Psagot Investment House, chairman of the board at More Magna Asset Management, chairman of the board of Meitav Brokerageת and founder and chairman of Camalia Capital Markets.
Yohan holds a B.A. in finance from IFAM in France.

In addition to his role as CEO of , Tsachi is also a co-founder of Psagot Equity.
Prior to founding Psagot Equity, as a CPA (MBA), Tsachi led the tax department as a partner at one of Israel’s leading accounting firms. Specializing in corporate taxation and forensic auditing, he brings a wealth of experience in tax consulting and financial accounting.

Uzi Danino
Board Member
Uzi has held a number of senior leadership roles, including senior vice president, deputy head of the business division, and head of the customer assets division at Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank.
He was also CEO and chairman of Excellence Investment House. Today, Uzi is a partner at Carmel Credit and Rosario Capital, and serves as a board member in several publicly traded companies.
Dolev Ben Zaken
Deputy CEO & General Counsel
Dolev is a licensed attorney and certified public accountant.
Prior to joining Psagot, he held positions at the Israel Securities Authority and at BDO Ziv Haft. Since 2013, Dolev has served in a variety of senior roles at Psagot Group, primarily in the areas of legal counsel and regulatory affairs. He has also held positions as director and chairman of the board in several of the Group’s subsidiaries.
Dolev holds an LL.B. in law (magna cum laude), a B.A. in business administration and accounting (magna cum laude) and a B.Ed. in Education
Tuvia Sofer
Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer
Tuvia has extensive experience in marketing, strategy, and the financial sector. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions, including executive management member and head of the retail division at Union Bank, head of marketing at Union Bank and Bank Hapoalim, and head of strategy at Mizrahi- Tefahot Bank. He has also served as a strategic consultant.
Tuvia holds an MBA with honors in finance and marketing and a B.A. in economics.
Michal Laufer
Chief Human Resources Officer
Michal has over a decade of experience leading human resources in top-tier Israeli organizations, including Electra Consumer Products. She specializes in building HR processes and organizational infrastructure during times of change, growth, and M&A, and spearheads strategic initiatives in leadership development, employee experience, employer branding, and organizational culture. Michal holds an LL.B. and is a certified mediator.

Ronen Torem
Chairman of The Board
Ronen is the former CEO of Migdal Capital Markets, and has held senior roles across leading investment houses for nearly two decades. Today, he is a partner and managing director at Carmel Credit, and serves as chairman of the board at Psagot Securities.
Haim Kricheli
Chief Trading Officer, Head of Psagot Trade
Haim specializes in financial services, self-directed trading, client relationship management, and more. Haim has held a range of senior roles at Psagot He currently oversees Psagot Trade’s end-to-end client activity.
Haim holds a B.A. in business administration and marketing, and an M.A. in economics and finance. He is a licensed investment advisor.
Liran Ben Ari

Liran serves as Chief Financial Officer of Psagot Securities. He has previously held several senior positions, including CEO of a non-bank credit company, director of Psagot Securities, and senior manager of credit and business development at Excellence.
Liran holds a B.A. in business administration with a specialization in accounting and a teaching certificate. He is also a certified CPA and spent several years at PwC, one of the world’s leading accounting firms.
Chen Geva
Chief Operations Officer
Chen brings extensive management experience and a strong background in the operations of both Israeli and international securities. She has held various managerial roles at Discount Bank and Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank.
Chen holds a B.A. in economics and political science from Bar- Ilan University, and an MBA with honors from the College of Management.

Guy joined Psagot Brokerage 10 years ago, where he established and managed the local bonds desk. With 25 years of experience in capital markets, he has held senior investment management positions at leading investment firms, including Excellence Investments and other prominent institutions.
Guy holds a B.A. in economics and management.
Anat Frumkes

Anat is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in Israel’s capital markets, and deep expertise in securities trading, asset management, custody and clearing, and risk management. She has held senior leadership roles at major banks and financial institutions, including serving as CEO of a stock exchange member company. Anat has also served as a board member and audit committee member in various financial institutions, including Psagot Securities, Clal Pension and Provident Funds, Gilad Pension Fund, and at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Dima is a CPA with a expense experience in corporate finance and financial management. He began his career at a leading Big Four firm, before moving into senior finance roles.
