Psagot Mutual Funds benefits from the strong backing of Israel’s largest investment house, that invests considerable resources in research both in Israel, and in global markets. Psagot employs  the largest and of  the highest quality research and investment team in Israel, consisting of some 80 analysts, investment managers and traders, licensed by the Israel Securities Authority.
Psagot Mutual Funds employs an experienced team of investment managers, analysts and floor traders specializing in a range of areas: bonds, equities both in Israel and in foreign markets and foreign currency.
The company began operating in 1989 and was sold by Bank Leumi, as part of  the sale of Psagot Investment House, subsequent to the capital market reform in Israel. 
Psagot Mutual Funds now manages close to NIS 25*billion by means of a wide range of 145 mutual funds covering most categories of investments.

Supervision and control 
Psagot, formerly a bank subsidiary, decided to continue functioning with the conservatism of a banking entity.  Psagot Investment House's activities are supervised by the Israel Securities Authority, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and the Ministry of Finance's Capital Market Unit. 
In early 2008, Psagot formed a regulatory and compliance unit, which is an objective, independent unit responsible for dealing with subjects such as risk management, control, credit control and compliance of the investment house and at all its subsidiaries.  The unit employs a full time credit controller, risk controller, risk managers, compliance officers and control managers.

Holds an investment portfolio management license issued by the Israel Securities' Authority.
Employed with Psagot Investment House since 2005 in a range of positions, among others:  Head of the Advisor Relations Unit and member of
management, Head of the institutional desk, ETN Products Manager and Advisor Relations Manager.
