The use and downloading of any program is subject to the provisions of the end user license agreement of that program.

The Psagot Group will not assume any liability for content appearing in sites, use of or reliance on information appearing in linked sites and services and products proposed therein or announcements published therein.
14. The Site may allow for the transfer and/or publication of messages by users. These messages are at the exclusive responsibility of their senders and the Psagot Group and/or any third party will not assume any liability for them. No illegal, immoral or irrelevant material may be uploaded and/or sent to or via this Site. Without derogating from the above, the Psagot Group will be allowed but not required to remove or edit messages that at its sole discretion do not comply with the requirements above.
15. I am aware that the Psagot Group may run programs that gather information about my activity in the Site and analyze it for better matching of the service to my needs, to which I have no objection.
16. I am aware that the information given by me in the Site may be saved in databases of companies of the Psagot Group and be used for making decisions concerning giving services in the future. In addition, by giving information on the Site, the information giver declares hereby that subject to the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and any statute, the Psagot Group is entitled to forward the information given to any third party, as required and at its sole discretion, for providing effective service to the information giver.

The Psagot Group has the right to change the directions of use and the terms for using the Site, at its sole discretion, and any such change will compel the users from its date of publication on the Site, or receiving a message thereof from the Psagot Group in any other way, whichever the earlier.
18. The provisions in these terms do not detract from the validity of any other agreement between you and the Psagot Group.

20. The use of the Site and all matters arising from this use will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel and the courts in the Tel Aviv Jaffa district will have sole, single jurisdiction on any matter related thereto.
