The Psagot Investment House is a member of Ma’ala- a non-profit membership organization whose creation was inspired by the US-based Business for Social Responsibility (BSR) and a growing network of leading corporate citizenship organizations around the world, with which it is affiliated.  Ma'ala promotes corporate responsibility and social involvement as an integral part of an advanced management culture and intelligent business strategy. 
 
The Psagot Group ensures the legality  and ethics of its employees' and officers' activities, out of a sense of responsibility to its clients and other interested parties as well as the the existence of control, reporting and supervision mechanisms.
Psagot maintains a safe and fair work environment for its employees promoting interests of social involvement in contributing to the community such as voluntary activity by its employees and environmental protection by providing information to the public.
