Psagot Provident Funds offers a selection of study funds for employees and the self-employed in a range of tracks and risk levels. Psagot’s study funds allow each member to choose his or her appropriate investment track (from the available tracks) and change it as necessary (in accordance with the law's provisions).
The advantages of investing in study funds
• General advantages – a study fund is the only medium term investment channel that grants tax benefits. By means of a study fund, you can save for studies (3 years) or for any purpose (6 years) as appears in the fund's articles.
• Advantages for the salaried worker – a salaried worker member enjoys a tax exemption from his employer’s deposits, which are a tax deductible expenditure for the employer.
• Advantages for the self-employed - a self-employed member’s deposits into a study fund is a tax deductible expenditure.
